Call 208-869-5780 or email us at r7beefidaho@gmailcom; we are happy to answer any questions and walk you through the process. Once you are ready to order you will be placed on the list.
What are your prices?
Our whole beef and halves are $4.40/lb. cut and wrapped. This is based off the hanging carcass weight. These are also customizable to you, as far as thickness of steaks, how many lbs. of burger per package, steaks per package, etc.
Our 1/4 beef is $4.60/lb. cut and wrapped and is the butcher’s choice.

What is the turnaround time?
The process is not always as soon as you order and is based off of the butcher’s availability to receive animals.
Once the animal has been processed you will be contacted by the butcher if you have ordered a whole or half. As those are customized to your needs. The process of butchering can take around 4 weeks after date of harvest.
This time frame allows for dry aging of the meat.
How will we know when the meat is ready for pickup?
Once the meat is packaged and ready, we will contact you at the number we receive from you at the beginning of the process.
Beef MUST be paid for before it can leave the butchers facility.
